My favorite thing to do!

So lately all Iz wants to do is go "ot-sde" She runs to the front door and bangs on the door and asks to go "ot-sde"
If you give in....it's over! You will spend the rest of the day looking at the fish and playing with the doggies. When did my child turn into Dora the Explorer?

Redwoods 2009

Every year all of Christian's side of the family get together and head off to the Redwoods. Christian has been doing this every summer since he was a baby. It was wonderful introducing Iz to the redwoods...and it was a nice break from the world of technology for me!
It was an extra special treat to actually be there at the same time as a lot of her cousins.
I must say every vacation/trip is different with a baby but she is such an angel and I can't imagine life without Iz.

She is such a trooper! A little to brave for her own good some times but she couldn't have enjoyed playing in the dirt and in the river more. She even went fishing with daddy. She couldn't really reel in the fish but Christian took the fish off the hook would hand it to Iz and she released it back in the water...so cute!

Can't wait for next year.
