Breaking all the rules...need some help...
okay, so last week I posted that I was going to get Isabella into her crib this week. Well, I'm not doing really well! Lately she has been sleeping where ever she is at the time she passes out. She sleeps a lot in her pack and play and a lot in her co sleeper. During the weekend she spends a lot of time in her daddy's arms (playing and sleeping)...but really spends no time sleeping in her crib! I only had her sleep in there when I take a shower (which sadly is only about once every other day!). I know gross...but it's hard to get it in. I mean, she sleeps a lot but stuff needs to get done around the house etc so, well I don't really know where the day goes but it just does. Anyway, I have looked online to see how to transition her into her crib at night but didnt really find anything so I am left not really sure how to do it?? so then I thought, duh I only know 50 new moms...so, ladies...suggestions?

My only suggestion is to just eliminate the co-sleeper. We had a cradle and ended up putting the kai-bosh on that pretty soon because I could never sleep hearing every little peep she made (I think she got deeper sleep in her crib too because she didn't sense us near her)! When she would wake up the first time during the night I would then bring her to bed and feed her and sometimes let her stay in the bed with us but eventually would always take her back to her crib.
Iz is still only one month though so don't freak over it too much, you are doing an amazing job and will get to the crib soon enough!

I only really made her sleep in her crib at bedtime. During the day she slept alot in the swing or the bassinet, daddy's arms are great too. Dont break her of that gift!
For us we slept better with her not in the room cuz I could hear everything she did. I would feed her at night and if I didnt fall asleep while doing it then back in her crib she went. But if I woke up and realized I was still sleeping in the rocking chair then Id put her back in her crib and then put myself to bed. It all starts sloooowly!
Good luck!

I don't think the twins slept in their crib until they were like 3 months old. They just slept in a double bassinet in the living room. If they were tooooooo close to us we heard everything and freaked out over everything too. I wouldn't worry about it. But def get her out of your bedroom at night or you won't get deep sleep and neither will she as you all will be fussing over every noise.
